Amanda was the first to train in the Associate Program at Clear Waters in Williams Bay beginning in 2005. As a Redken Certified Colorist and Bumble & Bumble Educator; Amanda is passionate about not only creating beautiful styles but also sharing her knowledge with her guests. She enjoys working together with her guests to select colors and color placement that will grow out beautifully between visits and look fresher longer. Amanda focuses on cutting techniques that will provide guests with a variety of ways to style their haircut. She loves sharing the science behind cutting, coloring and styling.  Amanda’s passion is discovery and keeping it interesting!

Courtney began her career at Regency in Crystal Lake Illinois and has 7 years of experience. She joined Clear Waters Salon & Day Spa in 2024 as a Level 2 stylist. Courtney’s diverse skill set includes a broad range of cutting and color techniques. Her passion is transforming a persons hair and making them feel great about themselves.

Courtney’s life beyond the styling chair is all about the beach, creativity, and plants. An avid plant mom she loves her house plants and outdoor gardens. As a self-proclaimed “beach girly”, Courtney is probably on the beach if she’s not at work or in the garden.  She’s passionate about baking (and is obsessed with Ina Garten!), loves live music and concerts, and can be found reading and spending time with her cat.

Kelsey joined Clear Waters as an Associate under Amanda Edmonds in 2018.  Her talents are natural looking balayage and highlights. Come and see Kelsey in Williams Bay.

Rachel, a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years. She graduated as an Apprentice from Gateway Technical College. She is a natural at her trade, carefully listening to the needs and wants of her guests. She is skilled in cutting, coloring and  make-up applications. Rachel is dynamic in her styles and she delivers stylish looks with low maintenance upkeep. Her passion is listening and executing a guests hair goals and hearing them say “that’s exactly what I wanted.”

Reagan has had a passion for making people fee confident from a young age. She attended Cosmetology and Spa Academy in Crystal Lake, Illinois fresh out of high school, graduating in December of 2023 and went straight into our Associate Program.  Reagan loves lived-in color, blonding and a beautiful special occasion hair style! When they’re not in the salon, Reagan loves spending time with family, shopping and soaking up all the beautiful summer weather on the lake. And she is a sucker of trying out new coffee shops!

Dana knew from a young age that she wanted to be a hairstylist. So she followed her heart and enrolled in Paul Mitchell Academy in Waukesha, graduating in 2009. After working at a salon in Mequon, WI for over 12 years, Dana joined the Clear Waters Team in 2020.

Now, with over a decade of experience, Dana is an Associate Trainer at Clear Waters and teaches our Associate. Her favorite services are cutting and color, especially barber cuts. Dana wants every guest to have a beautiful experience in her chair.

In her free time Dana enjoys yoga, running and spending time with her children.
