Originally from Chicago, Erin brings over 22 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist with a true passion for precision cutting. She specializes exclusively in haircuts, with a strong focus on men’s hair and short hair—where structure, detail, and craftsmanship matter most.
Erin’s dedication to continued education has taken her across the country and around the world. She has trained in advanced razor cutting and classic bob techniques at the Redken Exchange in New York City, studied men’s cutting under industry icon Nick Arrojo, and traveled to Rotterdam, Netherlands for an intensive three-day hands-on cutting experience. These opportunities have allowed Erin to refine her skills, stay ahead of trends, and deliver consistently elevated results for her guests.
In 2013, Erin was honored to win the Chicago Cosmetologists Men’s Haircut Star Competition at America’s Beauty Show—an achievement that reflects both her technical expertise and commitment to excellence.
Beyond the chair, Erin is married to my wonderful husband, John. They love raising our toy Aussie, Gus, attending Church, traveling to visit friends and family, playing ping pong, and enjoying good conversation over a great glass of bourbon around a wood burning fire. They recently moved to the Lake Geneva area to be closer to family and are excited to put down roots, grow with the community, and build lasting relationships both inside and outside the salon.
What Erin loves most about her career is not just creating great hair, but working closely with her guests to educate them about their hair, design looks that reflect their confidence, and build meaningful relationships that last for years. Every haircut is personal, and her goal is for each guest to leave feeling confident, understood, and genuinely taken care of.
