MacKenzie is a dual esthetician and licensed Ayurvedic Massage practitioner. She graduated from the Institute of Beauty and Wellness in 2017 before joining the Clear Waters team in 2018.

MacKenzie’s passion lies in Ayurvedic practice including Ayurvedic Massage. She is a certified Ayurveda Health counselor & body therapist. Mackenzie’s favorite services are brow shaping “I’m serious about perfect brows!” and HydraFacials because they give you incredible exfoliation and hydration while leaving your skin glowing. She takes pride in keeping her skills up to date and completed the 2 day HydraFacial HFX immersive training in 2022.

In her free time, MacKenzie has a hobby farm where she raises chickens, ducks and dairy goats. A lover of all animals, she enjoys taking her dog for long walks and cuddling her cats after work.

Rosalyn joined Clear Waters at the end of 2023 after graduating as a licensed Esthetician.

Originally from Chicago, Erin brings over 22 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist with a true passion for precision cutting. She specializes exclusively in haircuts, with a strong focus on men’s hair and short hair—where structure, detail, and craftsmanship matter most.

Erin’s dedication to continued education has taken her across the country and around the world. She has trained in advanced razor cutting and classic bob techniques at the Redken Exchange in New York City, studied men’s cutting under industry icon Nick Arrojo, and traveled to Rotterdam, Netherlands for an intensive three-day hands-on cutting experience. These opportunities have allowed Erin to refine her skills, stay ahead of trends, and deliver consistently elevated results for her guests.

In 2013, Erin was honored to win the Chicago Cosmetologists Men’s Haircut Star Competition at America’s Beauty Show—an achievement that reflects both her technical expertise and commitment to excellence.

Beyond the chair, Erin is married to my wonderful husband, John. They love raising our toy Aussie, Gus, attending Church, traveling to visit friends and family, playing ping pong, and enjoying good conversation over a great glass of bourbon around a wood burning fire. They recently moved to the Lake Geneva area to be closer to family and are excited to put down roots, grow with the community, and build lasting relationships both inside and outside the salon.

What Erin loves most about her career is not just creating great hair, but working closely with her guests to educate them about their hair, design looks that reflect their confidence, and build meaningful relationships that last for years. Every haircut is personal, and her goal is for each guest to leave feeling confident, understood, and genuinely taken care of.

Amanda was the first to train in the Associate Program at Clear Waters in Williams Bay beginning in 2005. As a Redken Certified Colorist and Bumble & Bumble Educator; Amanda is passionate about not only creating beautiful styles but also sharing her knowledge with her guests. She enjoys working together with her guests to select colors and color placement that will grow out beautifully between visits and look fresher longer. Amanda focuses on cutting techniques that will provide guests with a variety of ways to style their haircut. She loves sharing the science behind cutting, coloring and styling.  Amanda’s passion is discovery and keeping it interesting!

Courtney began her career at Regency in Crystal Lake Illinois and has 7 years of experience. She joined Clear Waters Salon & Day Spa in 2024 as a Level 2 stylist. Courtney’s diverse skill set includes a broad range of cutting and color techniques. Her passion is transforming a persons hair and making them feel great about themselves.

Courtney’s life beyond the styling chair is all about the beach, creativity, and plants. An avid plant mom she loves her house plants and outdoor gardens. As a self-proclaimed “beach girly”, Courtney is probably on the beach if she’s not at work or in the garden.  She’s passionate about baking (and is obsessed with Ina Garten!), loves live music and concerts, and can be found reading and spending time with her cat.

Kelsey joined Clear Waters as an Associate under Amanda Edmonds in 2018.  Her talents are natural looking balayage and highlights. Come and see Kelsey in Williams Bay.

Moe started her cosmetology journey at Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee, WI graduating in 2019. After working in New Berlin for a year, she joined Clear Waters team in 2020 as an Associate under Kelsey. Moe has always loved making people feel good and making the world a little more beautiful everyday.

Moe’s favorite services are custom color services because the possibilities are endless! She says “I am here to make your inspiration come to life. Hair is a constantly evolving journey and I’m thrilled to guide you on the way.” Moe enjoys being able to make people feel beautiful and good about themselves.

Outside of the salon, Moe is a dancer (on pointe!) and love to attend ballet lessons. Her other love in life are her dogs and she loves spending time with them. Moe also enjoys performing in Murder Mystery Dinners and watching Star Wars.

Rachel, a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years. She graduated as an Apprentice from Gateway Technical College. She is a natural at her trade, carefully listening to the needs and wants of her guests. She is skilled in cutting, coloring and  make-up applications. Rachel is dynamic in her styles and she delivers stylish looks with low maintenance upkeep. Her passion is listening and executing a guests hair goals and hearing them say “that’s exactly what I wanted.”

Reagan has had a passion for making people fee confident from a young age. She attended Cosmetology and Spa Academy in Crystal Lake, Illinois fresh out of high school, graduating in December of 2023 and went straight into our Associate Program.  Reagan loves lived-in color, blonding and a beautiful special occasion hair style! When they’re not in the salon, Reagan loves spending time with family, shopping and soaking up all the beautiful summer weather on the lake. And she is a sucker of trying out new coffee shops!

Dana knew from a young age that she wanted to be a hairstylist. So she followed her heart and enrolled in Paul Mitchell Academy in Waukesha, graduating in 2009. After working at a salon in Mequon, WI for over 12 years, Dana joined the Clear Waters Team in 2020.

Now, with over a decade of experience, Dana is an Associate / Apprentice Trainer at Clear Waters and teaches our Apprentice. Her favorite services are cutting and color, especially barber cuts. Dana wants every guest to have a beautiful experience in her chair.

In her free time Dana enjoys yoga, running and spending time with her children.

Sophia graduated from our Associate program in 2025. Her growth, talent, and commitment to her craft have been nothing short of inspiring. We’re so proud to have her on our team and can’t wait to see what’s next! Sophia is available for cuts, all-over color, highlights, head spa and nail service. Dana has been in the beauty industry for our 25 years.

Belinda began her career at Clear Waters in 2025. A dual massage therapist, esthetician AND cosmetologist, Belinda brings a wide range of skills to her clients.

Lylla joined our team in 2024 as an Apprentice.

Carrie graduated from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 1996 and has over twenty-five years of experience as a Massage Therapist. Her combination of Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage create a touch that many say is firm but gentle. Carrie strongly believes in the benefits of massage for body, mind and soul. Carrie loves helping others relax and escape from the everyday stresses, She relieves stress in her own life by hiking with her dog or losing herself in a good book. Lexi joins Clear Waters Salon Med Spa as a Massage Therapist with 3 years of industry experience. She was inspired to become a massage therapist on her own healing journey and found passion in helping others heal with the powers of physical touch, hands on energy work, and other modalities.

Frey fell in love with the beauty industry at an early age and joined Clear Waters Team as an esthetician in 2005. After stepping back from the treatment room to manage, Frey is back in the treatment room and Frey is excited to welcome back guests!

Ciarra graduated with her BS in Nursing and became an RN in 2019. She worked as a travel nurse out of school until she decided to also join the field of aesthetic medicine. Ciarra worked as a RN and Aesthetic Med Pro in Madison before coming to Clear Waters Salon & Med Spa.  She has completed many aesthetic trainings including Botox, Dysport, Filler administration, Microneedling, as well as Laser Hair Removal. Ciarra completed an advanced Galderma cheek and chin filler class in January 2022 and seeks out additional training on a regular basis.

Her passion is making the work more beautiful, one face at a time and she strives to make her clients look and feel their very best.

Jo began her Esthetics career at the Salon Professional Academy in 2012. After completing her education, she was led to Clear Waters Salon & Day Spa. Jo is a calm, driven team member, specializing in corrective facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning and laser treatments.

Jo’s passion is all things skin! Her goal is to educate every guest and promote healthy, lasting results in the treatment room as well as at your home!

Olivia is a dual Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician who began her career at Clear Waters in 2010. She is known for her therapist touch, which she also brings into her facials. Olivia’s passion is to make guests feel healthy and happy in their own skin.

Dr. Veith is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University in Chicago . He received a Master’s Degree in Physiology and Biochemistry at St. Louis University,. He received his M.D. at Creighton University School of Medicine. His Medical Internship and and Ophthalmology residency was completed at Northwestern University School of Medical Hospitals. He has published papers related to thermal regulation in humans, gastrointestinal enzyme stimulation and optic nerve blood vessel evaluation. Dr. Veith has also presented papers at the ARVO meetings.

Dr. Veith has been in practice since 1973 , starting the first Ophthalmology Practice in the Lake Geneva/Burlington area. He also started the Ophthalmology programs at Lakeland Medical Center and Memorial Hospital of Burlington. Dr. Veith is on staff at Lakeland Medical Center and has served as Chief of Surgery and a Member of the Executive Committee. Dr Veith joined Eye Physicians and Surgeons, S.C. in August 2011. His special interest is cosmetic and reconstruction eyelid procedures. He is also accomplished in the use of Botox and Restylane with over 10 years of experience.

Dr. Veith and his wife, Jennifer, have 4 daughters. He loves to sail, play harmonica, guitar, and studies cooking.
